 The Sweet Lime Village community includes the residents of 30 detached condominiums in the valley locally known as Carambola. With some part-time residents and some full-time residents (including children), we're small enough for that real neighborhood feel.Situated in a serene, rain forest setting of the Carambola valley, our Village places the tropical flora
 and fauna of the Caribbean at our doorsteps. Iguanas, white-tailed deer, mongooses, and geckoes call our neighborhood home. You can pick local mangos or admire the more than 20 varieties of palms that you'll find throughout the property.
Our Association is governed by a 7 member Board elected to serve 3 year terms. Day to day affairs fall to our Manager, Charlie Fischer who is assisted by our 2 full-time gardeners, Michael and Tony. We want to hear from you. Please let us know any questions or concerns that you may have. Thanks!
