Manager Resigns
Posted on Jan 29th, 2017

Sweet Lime Village manager, Richard Borck, tended his resignation to our new President Orville Sheldon. Paul Andrews, the previous President, sold his Unit and he and his wife Pam have decided that Florida will be their new home. Orville immediately  took up the President's mantle and tackled some unfinished business. He has finished up the septic project effecting Units 39,40 & 41. The frequent pump-outs of our inadequate lift station behind Unit 38 was costing us plenty. This project was necessary because of occasional sewage back-ups toward the last 3 Units. A new septic tank and field should go a long way toward solving this unsanitary situation.
Orville called a Board meeting to assign projects to each Board member; kind of a consensus management style. He is now on a candidate search for a new property manager. He will speak to all of this and more at our Annual Meeting on March 11,2017.
